I have always had a keen interest in anatomy and physiology, movement of the human body, and injury prevention relating to athletics.

These interests led me to complete a Bachelors of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary (2010) as well as spend one year abroad at a University in the Netherlands. I then went on the complete my Massage Therapy 2200 hour diploma at Mount Royal University in Calgary (2012). I attained my registration with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC) in the spring of 2015.

After completing my education I worked in clinics with chiropractors and physiotherapists, and completed two years at the Willow Stream Spa in Vancouver, at the Fairmont Pacific Rim.

I have training in myofascial release, trigger point therapy, manual lymph drainage, joint mobilizations, pre-natal massage, Swedish massage, and deep tissue massage. My treatments focus on assessing and treating the root causes of an issue, not only the symptoms. My involvement in athletics along with my Kinesiology Degree has provided me with a deep understanding of how the body works, and how to treat injury.

Outside of the clinic I love to stay active with skiing, trail running, road cycling and yoga. I look forward to meeting you soon and being a part of your health and wellness.
