Yummy easy overnight oats for breakfast!

One of my roommates once showed me this killer healthy easy quick overnight oats a recipe to sorta work with for life on the go! Throw it in mini mason jars as a grab and go for work the next day:

• quick oats (gluten free if possible, you can use a hardier oat as well and soak a bit longer!)
• chia seeds
• berries (frozen) I use mixed!
• almond milk I use vanilla for a bit of sweetness

You can add even some mixed unsalted nuts, or dried berries Throw in the fridge to soak overnight! Ready for you tomorrow 🙂
